However, we understand that there may be instances where our service does not meet your expectations. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the circumstances under which you can cancel your service and request a refund. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.
If you are not satisfied with our internet service, you are eligible for a 100% refund and cancellation within one month of your purchase, provided that you specify the metrics or aspects where the service does not meet your expectations. These metrics may include, but are not limited to, the following:
– Consistently poor connection quality (e.g., frequent disconnections, slow speeds)
– Failure to meet advertised speed thresholds
– Persistent technical issues that cannot be resolved by our support team

No refunds or cancellations will be processed if the request is made after one month from the date of purchase. We encourage customers to thoroughly test and evaluate our service during this period.
If you return the modem, router, or any other device provided by RocketWiFi™ in proper working condition and original packaging with all accessories, you will be credited an amount of ₹500 to your bank account. The devices must be those installed by our company and used for the delivery of internet service, IPTV service, CCTV, LAN, Wi-Fi, POTS, or VOIP services.
To arrange for the return of devices, please contact our customer support team at +91-9954805265 (WhatsApp only) or email at: info@rocketwifi.co.in. The credit will be processed once we have received and inspected the returned equipment.
No refunds or cancellations will be processed if you relocate to an area where our internet service is not available. We advise customers to verify service availability at their new location before moving.
If you have subscribed to a Quarterly, Half-Yearly, or Annual Recharge plan, no refunds or cancellations will be allowed. These plans are provided at a discounted rate, and customers commit to the full duration of the service term upon subscription.
