2.1 Account Creation: To use our Service, you must register and create an account with us. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. This includes your Aadhaar eKYC, email, Mobile number and Address

 

2.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

 

2.3 Account Updates: You agree to keep your account information up-to-date and accurate.

 

  1. Service Usage

 

3.1 Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to:

 

– Violating any applicable laws or regulations.

– Transmitting harmful or disruptive content, including viruses, malware, or spam.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Guwahati High Court, Assam only
